Why do my login details not work?
- Ensure the correct use of capital letters and that there are no spaces.
- Make sure that you are using the correct login username and password.
I have subscribed but I have not yet received my licence or new login details. Why?
- You receive a licence with your login details once we have received payment. Check that payment has been made. Allow two to three working days from receipt of payment for your account to be activated.
- Check your spam box to make sure that the information has not been sent there.
- Make sure you check that the licence and login details have not gone to another email. Sometimes people register and subscribe under two different emails (e.g. a personal one and a school one).
I have subscribed but can only access the trial site. Why?
- Have you paid and received your licence? If so, you are probably inputting your registered login details. Please contact us for your new login details. If you have not paid, your access to the full site has not yet been activated.
I can access the site but there are no animations. Why?
The basic site requires the latest version of flash player.
Why is the sound not working?
Make sure that the volume control on the story is not muted.
Check that the volume control on your own computer is not muted or lowered.
Ask your technician to check that your web filter is not blocking MP3 file types.
