We have just launched our new children's Story of The Month, Saint Valentine. I hope you enjoy it. You can use it to teach about The Roman Empire and what life was like for a soldier. The point made in the story is that service lasted for 25 years and many longed to go home and get married.
Don't forget our other delightful story 'He loves me' which is about a little girl who likes a little boy but the feeling is not mutual! For subscribers, you can search using the code: SH4.

Over 2000 schools logged in to use the Remembrance Day story:

On the 11th of November, over 2000 schools logged in to use the Remembrance Day story in assemblies or in class. We have received many emails telling us of the impact it had on the children and the thoughtful discussions it provoked. Next month we publish The Christmas Story. This will be published on December 6th.
