Welcome to GrowStoryGrow!

Please keep your login details safe and do not share them with anyone!

Before you start using the stories, please carry out the following:

  1. Check and print out your license (American spelling!)
To do this go to 'My Account' in the blue navigation bar above. Print it out and keep it very safe. It is a very important document.
  2. Create a general login for your colleagues and children.
To do this go to 'User Management' in the blue navigation bar above. Fill in the details in the 'Add Student Account' box. When you press 'submit', the details of the new account will appear clearly. This is a general account and can be used by anyone in your school. You can change it at any time and you can add individual student accounts later.
  3. Download and print off several posters from the Downloads section. Write on them the general username and password (not yours!) and stick the posters in the staffroom, classrooms and corridors so that the children are reminded of the resource and will therefore be more likely to use it at home.
  4. Download and print The Teacher's Guide and The Guide to Worksheets.

Now, press 'stories'.

Our Remembrance Day is proving to be very popular - with over 1500 people viewing the website in the last two days.

Please email me if you have any problems at all.

Remember that the story is in three languages. Don't be put off with the French at the beginning.

Many Thanks

'I thought you might like to know that the Remembrance story was a huge success. Quite often the stories are humorous so I had primed the children (mixed age KS2 class 7-11 years old) that this was serious, and they were so responsive. Normally we use the stories in French, but they were so interested to hear the text in German as well. Loved The Last Post to finish - very moving.'
