Primary School Teachers (in the UK)
Perhaps you have heard lots of different ideas on how to teach languages and find it all a bit confusing and, more to the point, a lot of hard work. Oh, not to mention the fact that the last time you spoke French was when you were 15, preparing for your Oral O'Grade or O'level exam.
Well, we thought that there's nothing like a wacky story and a groovy song to get you and your kids on board and so we have built GrowStoryGrowTM to do just that. But GrowStoryGrowTM isn't just about songs and stories. There's a whole lot more to get everyone excited about learning a language.
For example, with GrowStoryGrowTM there's a Scheme of Work that doesn't send you into a state of confusion and panic as you try desperately to figure out how on earth are you expected to do that, let alone try to understand what it is you are supposed to be doing!
There are stories for you to help you say things like Line up! Be quiet! Get down from there!
And there are games, masks, posters to colour in, books to download, origami cut-outs, puppets, worksheets, photo galleries, powerpoint presentations, web-links and lots of creative ideas to help you bring languages to your classroom.
Finally, do these ring a bell?
- Transition
- Language learning strategies
- Community languages
- Links with literacy and other curriculum areas
- Special educational needs
You will find that GrowStoryGrowTM will help you with them all.
We value your thoughts and ideas and if you have a nice story that you would like us to produce, please get in touch:

Primary School Teachers (international)
There's a lot of hard work and energy involved in delivering a language to children. So we have built GrowStoryGrowTM to help you and your children on your way. And what better way to start than a wacky story or a groovy song!
But GrowStoryGrowTM isn't just about stories and songs. There's a whole lot more to get everyone excited about learning a language.
For example, with GrowStoryGrowTM there's a Scheme of Work that will take you on a gentle teaching journey and provide your children with strong foundations and motivation for further learning.
And there are games, masks, posters to colour in, books to download, origami cut-outs, puppets, worksheets, photo galleries, powerpoint presentations, web-links and lots of creative ideas to help you bring languages to your classroom.
We value your thoughts and ideas and if you have a nice story from your country that you would like us to produce, please get in touch: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Of course you can use GrowStoryGrowTM too. You can use it for your low ability groups and for general revision or a ‘catch up' for those who need a little extra help.And you could collaborate with your primary colleagues and use the Scheme of Work to continue where they left off.
How's that for a neat transition!
But what we would really like to do is to provide you with stories for teenagers. The content would be more appropriate the levels would become gradually more difficult and the language more complex.
Eventually we would like to provide a continuous course which starts with the little ones and takes them right up to exam level.
This won't happen over night and we could do with some help. So why don't you contact us with your thoughts, ideas and stories:

Parents
Children love to read books that make them laugh, cry and squeal.
What they are also doing is:
- improving their literacy skills;
- enhancing their listening skills;
- raising their level of confidence;
- learning to express themselves and their emotions;
- learning about other cultures and subjects;
- learning a new language just by listening, reading and joining in.
You can help them. You don't have to know a language, just listen to them read out loud or join in and learn a language with them at the same time. You can also sing a song with them, do some origami, make some masks, jump up and down and boogie. Please contact us with your thoughts ideas and if you have a nice story that you would like us to produce:
